1:1 Breathwork

Immerse yourself in the profound healing potential of breathwork. Embark on a journey of self discovery, emotional release, and inner transformation.

Single sessions are ideal for any first timers, if you’ve got a busy schedule, or if you’re in need of an energetic tune-up!

Session length is typically 1.5 hours, and may use a combination of breathwork, coaching, meditation, somatic movement and energy work focused towards your specific goals and desires.

Available in NYC at location of your choice, or virtually via Zoom. Additional transit fees may apply for certain NY neighborhoods.

1:1 Breathwork (6 Session Package)

Dive deeper into your practice with 6 sessions. Sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase date, and can be used whenever needed (dependent on scheduling).

Multiple sessions create space for deeper transformation- perfect if there’s a bigger problem or question you’ve been working through, or if you’re looking for more in depth support.

Available in NYC at location of your choice, or virtually via Zoom. Additional transit fees may apply for certain NY neighborhoods.

Functional Breathwork

Learn how to use your breath to optimize health and longevity. Functional breathwork uses proven techniques to transform your breathing- and transform your life!

These sessions are geared towards anyone looking to improve compromised respiratory function due to asthma, respiratory illness, stress and anxiety; as well as those desiring to increase stamina, endurance, and lung capacity.

Sessions are 50 minutes, contact for longer sessions or group rates.

why breathwork?

Breathwork is the conscious controlled use of different breathing patterns, exercises, and techniques in order to achieve a specific outcome. It can be used to alter or enhance both emotional and physical states within the body. ​Studies have shown numerous benefits to practicing breathwork including emotional release, the ability to process trauma, shifting of energetic state, and increased connection to feelings such as gratitude and compassion. Breathwork can be used to create new neural pathways and to shift old habits which no longer serve you.
