Julia is a 400-hour + certified breathwork facilitator, 200-hour + certified yoga instructor, and mindset coach based in New York City.

Julia’s background in engineering & construction led her to experience firsthand the toll that stress and demanding work environments can take on one's physical and mental health. After years of burnout, she turned to alternative healing practices to reclaim her health and well-being. Now, she’s dedicated to helping high-performing professionals like you do the same—finding balance and building resilience in the face of life's challenges.

Drawing on her scientific background and lived experience, Julia blends breathwork, movement, and mindset strategies to create a nurturing and transformative space. Course FAQ

  • Yes! The practices included here are generally safe for everyone. Any specific contraindications or times the practices are not advised are included under each description.

    Many of these practices are safe for children, those that are not are indicated under each practice.

  • There is nothing needed for the majority of the practices, except for a device on which to listen/watch. You will need a neti pot, strerile water & non iodized salt if you choose to follow the neti tutorial. You will also need an oil suitable for use inside the nasal passages if you chose to follow the nasal oiling practice.

  • The practices are between 2-10 minutes in length. They can be practiced alone or combined. In general they can be done regularly as a preventative measure, or as needed.

  • The practices in this program are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. Most practices can be done in conjunction with other treatments, as they are generally safe and have no side effects.
