Julia is a 400-hour + certified breathwork facilitator, 200-hour + certified yoga instructor, and mindset coach based in New York City.

Julia’s background in engineering & construction led her to experience firsthand the toll that stress and demanding work environments can take on one's physical and mental health. After years of burnout, she turned to alternative healing practices to reclaim her health and well-being.
